The Aspiring Actuary Scholarship

To be considered for The Aspiring Actuary Scholarship, an applicant must possess the following characteristics:

  1. Meet the minimum entrance and continuing academic performance standards of the College of Arts and Sciences in effect at the time of any award;
  2. Maintain at full-time enrollment as established by the University, unless the student is nearing completion of his or her degree program and does not need full-time enrollment; and
  3. Enroll as a full-time undergraduate student in Mathematics (or it successor) at the University seeking the Undergraduate Academic Certificate in Actuarial Science (or its successor); in the event no applicant meets this criteria, then undergraduate students enrolling full-time in the Department of Mathematics at the University will be eligible for consideration.
